Role Impact and Responsibilities
This position, within the Digital Enterprise Solutions team, spearheads the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) program, a strategic multi-year initiative to modernise and unify service delivery across corporate functions at GIC.
- Lead project delivery and organizational change management ensuring alignment between technology implementations and organisational readiness throughout the ESM program.
- Formulate and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of new service platforms and processes involving stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness planning.
- Collaborate with business leaders and functional areas including HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, and others to identify change impacts and design adoption interventions.
- Maintain consistency in change management approach, messaging, and end-user experience across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to align technology delivery with user-centered outcomes.
- Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Conduct workshops and engagement sessions to foster awareness, commitment, and capability for new technology solutions.
- Support post-deployment care and continuous improvements to sustain adoption and maximise value.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computing, Business, or equivalent field.
- 8 to 12 years of experience managing technology projects with strong organizational change management expertise in large-scale programs.
- Certifications in project management (Agile, SAFe, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2) and/or change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills capable of engaging diverse audiences across business and technology sectors.
- Proven experience leading change initiatives across enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Workday, or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with corporate service domains such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Security.
- Financial proficiency in budget management and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic setting.
