About the Role

Job Responsibilities
The role involves acting as an interface with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolving issues, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. You will interpret client requirements, design and review solutions, validate architectural decisions, and maintain service quality in technology engagements. Key activities include project estimation, solution delivery contribution, managing technical risk, performing code and unit test plan reviews, and leading teams to produce optimized, quality code. Knowledge sharing and adherence to organizational processes is also essential.
Additional Duties and Skill Requirements
Candidates should be proficient in multiple technologies, with fundamental understanding of architecture and design, testing tools, and agile practices. Familiarity with project lifecycle activities both in development and maintenance phases, various estimation methodologies, and quality processes is expected. Understanding business domains to align software solutions with requirements is important, along with strong analytical, communication, and technical skills. A solid grasp of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design concepts, and software modeling approaches is necessary. Staying updated on technological advances and demonstrating problem-solving capabilities, debugging, and analytical thinking are key.
Preferred Technical Skills
Expertise in test automation technologies, particularly Selenium, along with shell scripting abilities, and open system technologies such as Python is desirable.
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, technology, computer applications, or computer science.
