Role Overview
LeadAssist is hiring a Senior N8n Developer to create robust automation solutions that streamline operations and connect different tools, systems, and data flows. This position is fully remote and suited to someone who can architect and deliver scalable workflow automations.
What You’ll Do
- Build sophisticated automation workflows using n8n.
- Connect external services through APIs, webhooks, and other system integrations.
- Design automation structures that can scale for internal business processes.
- Work with JSON logic, data mapping, and API payload handling.
- Improve current workflows so they run more reliably and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to automate day-to-day operational tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience with the n8n automation platform.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, REST integrations, and JSON data processing.
- Background in building complex workflow automations.
- Ability to troubleshoot, refine, and optimize automation pipelines.
- Understanding of system design and automation best practices.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Appify-style automation tools or workflows.
- Experience connecting SaaS applications and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with databases and cloud-based automation environments.
