Job Overview

Kess Construction seeks a proactive AutoCAD Draughtsman skilled in Malayalam with expertise in Non-Residential and Commercial architectural designs. The role involves working on building layouts and interior designs for banks, NBFCs, offices, and retail spaces, ensuring a blend of visual appeal and practical usability.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed 2D and 3D plans using CAD software.
Contribute to drawing preparation, bill of quantities (BOQ), billing, and cost estimation processes.
Engage with clients and vendors to coordinate project requirements and progress.
Adapt to dynamic work challenges with a willingness to learn and grow.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Malayalam communication.
Experience in designing commercial and non-residential buildings, including interiors for banks, NBFCs, offices, and retail spaces.
Familiarity with CAD tools to produce detailed architectural drawings and models.
Knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, and cost estimation is advantageous.
Capability to coordinate effectively with clients and vendors.
