EY invites applications for the position of Associate / Senior Associate in the Independence – Risk Management team based in Riyadh. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for graduates aiming to build expertise in compliance, risk assessment, ethics, and auditor independence. The role supports the MENA Independence Procedures - Center of Excellence to ensure strict adherence to auditor independence regulations, aligning with EY’s global and local policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the MENA Global Public Company Independence Procedures team by applying auditor independence regulations and EY’s policies effectively.
• Support the evaluation of client engagements and conduct periodic independence checks.
• Develop and sustain strong collaborative relationships with EY teams throughout the region.
• Champion the principles of ethics, audit quality, risk management, and independence across the firm.
• Contribute to various projects supporting independence initiatives as necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Risk Management, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and engage multiple stakeholders.
• A passion for upholding compliance, ethical standards, and auditor independence.
