Associate, Equity Structured Sales MENA - Dubai

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate to join the Equity Structured Sales team focusing on MENA clients based in Dubai. This role involves collaborating with institutional clients and third-party distributors to deliver innovative financial products such as OTC Derivatives, Structured Notes, and Equity Options tailored to investment objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist senior sales professionals in cultivating relationships with institutional clients and delivering optimal structured solutions across equity, commodities, and fixed income markets.
• Coordinate with trading, structuring, and origination teams to facilitate both pre-trade and post-trade workflows.
• Work with research teams to provide high-quality market insights and address client inquiries effectively.
• Manage client data and support administrative tasks related to the sales database.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Structured Products and Equity Flow Derivatives.
• A motivated individual passionate about financial markets who can multitask efficiently in a dynamic, international environment.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience within financial services.
• Strong enthusiasm for global financial markets and derivative instruments.
• Quantitative aptitude combined with excellent client service skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Innovative and resourceful in exploring new commercial opportunities.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and presentation/pitch book preparation.
• High intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn.
