Role Overview

We are currently seeking an Associate Director and Data Science Trainer to join our Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia. You will be a member of our Data Science Training faculty, collaborating globally to design and implement advanced training programs focused on data science, analytics, and applied quantitative methods for a diverse clientele, including banks, financial institutions, regulators, and multinational organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-caliber educational programs in data science, analytics, and related technical disciplines for corporate and professional audiences.
• Create engaging instructional materials such as presentations, exercises, case studies, and assessments to support learning objectives.
• Conduct training sessions across various formats including virtual, face-to-face, and blended learning platforms.
• Simplify complex technical information into understandable, practical insights suitable for varied learner groups.
• Enhance and evolve Fitch Learning’s curriculum in data science and other technical trainings.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, sales professionals, and client management to customize and deliver learning solutions that address client needs.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends in data science, machine learning, analytics, and instructional design to maintain course relevance and effectiveness.
• Utilize learner feedback and client inputs to continuously improve training quality and learner engagement.
• Support business development by providing subject matter expertise for proposals and client interactions when needed.

Qualifications

• Expertise in data science, analytics, machine learning, statistics, or closely related fields.
• Proven track record designing and facilitating technical training or professional education programs.
• Strong presentation skills with an ability to communicate complex topics in an engaging and accessible manner.
• Hands-on experience with data science tools, programming languages, or visualization software.
• Ability to develop learner-focused, technically sound educational content.
• Commercial awareness to tailor training to align with client and market demands.
• Collaborative and adaptable nature to succeed in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience teaching in the financial services, banking, capital markets, or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of applying data science in commercial, credit, risk, or financial contexts.
