Role Overview

This Associate position serves as an entry point into a dynamic and fast-paced commercial environment. It is ideal for candidates who are competitive, confident communicators both over the phone and in person, and eager to advance their careers swiftly. The role provides a foundation to gain commercial awareness and business acumen essential for future opportunities in sales, account management, leadership, and research. Internal promotion is a key focus, with high performers advancing to management roles within approximately two years.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects independently from start to finish, thoroughly understanding client requirements and coordinating expert consultations.
• Cold call and engage with industry experts, overcoming resistance and persuading them to share their knowledge.
• Handle multiple simultaneous projects and client engagements efficiently.
• Rapidly acquire knowledge about diverse markets, business models, and regulatory environments.
• Promote the complete suite of Third Bridge services, including content libraries, surveys, advisory services, and one-on-one expert calls.

Candidate Profile

• Business fluent in English.
• University degree holder with strong academic achievements and pertinent experience.
• Intellectually capable, ambitious, with demonstrated leadership or extracurricular involvement and proven persistence through internships or other accomplishments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated total first-year remuneration between AED 210,000 and AED 240,000, including a base salary of approximately AED 200,000 plus an uncapped performance bonus beginning after the first month.
