Assistant - Supply Chain

Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Assistant at Apparel Group in Dubai, you will support inventory management, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, and streamline processes for efficient goods movement. This role involves data analysis, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to fulfill organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels by tracking stock movements and updating records accurately.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and logistics service providers to ensure processes run smoothly.
• Monitor delivery timelines, identify potential delays, and resolve supply chain obstacles as they arise.
• Evaluate supply chain performance data and generate actionable insights for process enhancement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in supply chain or logistics, with a minimum of one year and up to three years preferred.
• Expertise in using Microsoft Office programs and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking abilities.
