About the Opportunity

Join Seed Heritage during an exciting phase of expansion in our retail outlets. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our Casuarina store to help lead and inspire our enthusiastic team by fostering engagement and cultivating a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience through expert sales techniques, comprehensive product knowledge, and nurturing lasting customer relationships.
• Promote customer-centric values, ensuring each interaction is memorable and effortless.
• Assist in motivating and empowering the team via ongoing training, mentorship, and teamwork.
• Support leadership in building a successful and profitable retail environment.
• Drive the team to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage operational tasks including roster planning and back-of-house administrative duties.
• Work on a Sunday to Thursday schedule.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory position within a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail environment.
• Supportive leadership style capable of motivating and mentoring staff towards achieving business success.
• Strong commercial insight with a record of exceeding sales targets and managing budgets effectively including wages and shrinkage.
• An eye for detail coupled with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Experience handling large stock volumes and stock management processes.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage’s values and a genuine passion for the brand.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain customer loyalty through outstanding service.
