Role Overview
This position is for a highly driven recruitment professional who will support hiring across non-IT functions. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and closing talent for a wide mix of positions, including leadership roles, specialised technical profiles, and field, sales, and operations positions.
Core Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete hiring cycle for non-IT roles spanning supply chain, operations, sales, engineering, plant or factory management, and finance.
- Find suitable candidates through targeted sourcing methods such as local networks, direct outreach, industry communities, referrals, and specialised recruitment channels beyond standard job portals.
- Handle large-scale hiring requirements, including bulk drives, campus recruitment, and walk-in interviews for frontline, field, and customer-facing roles as needed by business demand.
- Work closely with department leaders and plant or regional managers to understand manpower needs, define the right candidate profile, and align on hiring timelines.
- Conduct structured interviews based on competencies to assess technical knowledge, job stability, willingness to relocate if required, and cultural alignment.
- Support salary benchmarking, build competitive offers, and manage negotiation discussions to improve candidate join rates.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the HRMS or ATS and share weekly recruitment reports covering time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, channel performance, and offer-to-join ratios.
