Primary Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing all facets of store operations at the Stationstore. Your duties will include recruiting, supervising, and collaborating with staff to complete daily tasks efficiently, managing bookkeeping, merchandising, and upholding the store's high-quality service standards. Reliable and consistent onsite attendance is essential.
Additionally, you will help implement our elevated food service program, focusing on speed and friendliness. Setting a positive example and demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership in customer and staff interactions are critical.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain standing and/or walking for up to eight hours per shift
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds from floor to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
- Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push and pull with a force of up to 20 pounds using arms
- Bending at the waist with some twisting up to one hour each shift
- Manual dexterity sufficient for grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects, including ladder use for stocking or signage adjustment
