About the Role

Protalk Solutions Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for the position of Assistant Manager within the Domestic BPO sector. This role is based in Mohali, Punjab, requiring on-site presence and focuses on strengthening the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Manage and oversee outbound calling or telecollection operations effectively within a BPO environment.
Demonstrate strong leadership by managing teams to achieve operational targets.
Drive performance with a focus on achieving company goals, utilizing excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Joining Details

Salary offered is up to ₹50,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.
