Key Responsibilities
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the month-end financial close activities.
- Prepare and process journal entries efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with SOX policies and internal financial controls.
- Specialise in technical areas such as GRNI, Fixed Assets, VAT, and Leases.
- Support various finance tasks and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in one or more European languages is mandatory.
- Motivation to begin or progress a professional accounting qualification with full company study support.
- Strong organizational capabilities to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the Controllership team.
- A proactive attitude and genuine passion for finance.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous but not required.
Work Environment
This role is based in Bradford and requires onsite presence three days per week, with a probation period entailing five days per week onsite.
