Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Architect or Engineer specialized in service phases 5 through 8, including execution and cost planning, tendering and awarding contracts, and construction supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling service phases 5 to 8 (as per German HOAI standards).
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Proficiency with 3D modeling software.
- Experience with AVA (Tendering and Cost Management) software.
