Role Overview

We seek an Apiculture Field Coordinator to manage and oversee bee-related field operations, coordinate with beekeepers, and contribute to sectoral development planning. The position is based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and schedule field activities aligned with seasonal trends.
Collaborate closely with beekeepers to coordinate various bee management tasks.
Generate detailed reports and gather data on the execution and outcomes of field activities.
Provide timely updates and share real-time information concerning hive conditions and ongoing field operations.
Train and mentor novice beekeepers to ensure adherence to best practices.
Offer technical guidance and instructions related to field procedures for the beekeeping team.
Create and maintain weekly work schedules for the entire field workforce.
Engage with management and directors in strategic planning efforts aimed at growth and enhancement of the beekeeping sector each season.
