Role Overview

The Analytics Intern will collaborate with analytics and business teams to examine substantial datasets, create informative reports, and assist in data-driven decisions impacting recruiter performance, funnel conversion, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Construct and refine SQL queries for data extraction, cleansing, and analysis from company databases
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Redash for routine business monitoring
• Evaluate hiring funnel statistics, calling metrics, and other key performance indicators for operations
• Discover patterns, abnormalities, and enhancement opportunities within data sets
• Work together with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, and Business to gather data needs and deliver insights
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to minimize manual workload
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or Business Analytics
• Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and charting
• Competence in SQL including joins, aggregations, and subqueries; knowledge of ClickHouse is advantageous
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Ability to convert data insights into practical recommendations
• Effective communication skills
• Internship or project work involving data analysis considered a plus

Additional Skills Preferred

• Experience with BI platforms like Redash, Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI
• Basic Python skills for data manipulation using Pandas
• Background or comfort in startup or fast-paced work environments
