Role Responsibilities
- Provide customer service through the Omnni platform via video and chat to ensure high-quality and excellent client experiences.
- Deliver effective attendances aligned with key performance indicators and targets such as NS, TMT, TME, TMA, CSAT, BB, and FCR.
- Promptly communicate any irregularities in work routines or customer dissatisfaction signals to leadership teams.
- Detect and report inappropriate service activations, helping improve training and alignment across service areas.
- Collaborate synergistically with partner departments to optimize internal processes.
- Ensure support and satisfaction extend not only to customers but also to various internal service sectors.
- Maintain strong engagement, accountability, and dedication towards department deliverables.
- Consistently strive to guarantee full customer satisfaction through all interactions.
Candidate Profile and Knowledge
- Completed high school education; higher education is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proactive communication with peers, management, and strategic areas.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Salesforce, SIAF, SIGA, Valorizza, and Omnni is advantageous.
- Basic IT skills including keyboard shortcuts and familiarity with office equipment.
- Engaged and customer-focused service attitude.
- Strategic and innovative mindset to propose expansion of self-service, automation, and simplification of routines, bringing suggestions to leadership.
- Excellent verbal communication skills along with strong written expression.
