Overview

We are seeking an Inspection Engineer with expertise in the inspection of amusement rides, playground equipment, elevators, and escalators. This role involves conducting thorough site inspections adhering to relevant standards, preparing detailed technical reports and certification documents, assisting in business development efforts, and supporting the preparation of various technical and accreditation-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections for amusement rides, playgrounds, elevators, and escalators following established standards and client requirements.
• Conduct on-site inspections and generate technical inspection reports and certification documents compliant with company Integrated Management System (IMS) practices.
• Support client meetings, service demonstrations, and contribute to business development and sales initiatives within the Western Region.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of inspection procedures, checklists, technical files, and documents related to accreditation.
• Coordinate inspection projects with clients and internal departments, ensuring alignment with project demands.
• Contribute to expanding the inspection service offerings for amusement rides and playground equipment.
• Ensure adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental (QHSE), and impartiality standards throughout all inspection phases.
• Offer technical guidance and conduct basic training for team members as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline.
• Prior experience inspecting amusement rides and playground facilities.
• Experience in inspecting elevators and escalators.
• Familiarity with inspection techniques, technical report writing, checklist usage, and inspection protocols.
• Strong communication ability for client interactions and supporting commercial activities.
• Readiness to work within or support assignments in the Western Region.
• Good command of English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
