About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled AI/ML Engineer to architect, build, and deploy intelligent solutions addressing practical business challenges. This role demands deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms, extensive data handling, model implementation, and cloud computing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models.
- Create and manage scalable data workflows to support model training and inference processes.
- Develop AI applications leveraging natural language processing, computer vision, generative AI, and predictive analytics.
- Deploy machine learning solutions into operational environments following MLOps best practices.
- Handle large-scale datasets including data preprocessing, feature extraction, and evaluating model effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, software teams, and business stakeholders to clarify needs and deliver AI innovations.
- Continuously monitor AI model results and enhance performance through iterative improvement.
- Stay current on new AI technologies, frameworks, and industry developments.
- Create APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into products.
- Maintain data security, enforce governance policies, and comply with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- Proficient programming skills in Python.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
- Solid understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep neural networks, NLP, and computer vision; reinforcement learning is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
- Knowledge of deployment tools and frameworks such as Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
- Experience using cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Comfortable with version control tools like Git.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and large language models.
- Skills in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS).
- Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation methods.
- Knowledge of MLOps tooling and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Experience with data processing platforms such as Databricks and Apache Spark.
