About the Role
The AI Transformation Manager role at Ramagya Group, based in Noida Sector 132, involves leading the organization's AI-driven transformation across all departments. Reporting to top management including Managing Director and Group CHRO, this full-time role requires 4 to 7 years of experience. The manager will design and implement AI and automation initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, decision-making, and support the group’s vision to be a pioneering AI-enabled education and business organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligning with Ramagya Group’s objectives, including setting up governance frameworks and championing cross-department AI adoption.
- Analyze existing workflows to pinpoint repetitive tasks and implement AI-powered automation, reducing manual workloads and streamlining operations.
- Create tailored AI assistants and GPT models for diverse departments such as HR, Admissions, Marketing, Principal Office, Finance, Sports, Academics, and Operations.
- Organize and lead AI workshops, develop training programs, and mentor internal AI champions to foster a knowledgeable workforce and improve AI utilization.
- Manage change by facilitating behavioral adoption of AI tools, overcoming resistance, running awareness campaigns, and supporting department leaders in transition.
- Monitor AI initiative performance via metrics and dashboards, measuring ROI, productivity gains, and adoption rates to inform leadership decisions.
Daily to Quarterly Activities
- Engage daily with stakeholders to assess automation needs, develop prompts and workflows, resolve issues, and track progress.
- Conduct weekly reviews with departments, prototype new automations, lead training sessions, and update leadership with KPI reports.
- Report monthly on AI adoption status, rollout new solutions, evaluate productivity impacts, and organize AI Champion gatherings.
- Perform quarterly audits of AI implementations, review business outcomes, update AI systems, propose fresh initiatives, and benchmark against sector standards.
Performance Indicators
- Complete AI training for all department heads within 90 days and maintain over 80% AI adoption.
- Achieve automation of at least 25 business processes annually, develop 20+ department-specific AI standard operating procedures, and build over 10 custom GPTs or AI assistants.
- Realize a minimum 30% reduction in manual efforts, save over 500 employee hours monthly, cut report preparation time by 70%, and decrease repetitive admin tasks by half.
- Enhance process turnaround by 40%, boost employee productivity using AI workflows, and deliver measurable business ROI from AI projects.
Technical Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in generative AI platforms including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, AI agent development, and workflow automation using tools like Make, Zapier, and n8n.
- Understanding of CRM systems integration, WhatsApp automation, API linking, and knowledge management systems.

- From 61 to 90 days, deploy high-impact automations, introduce the internal AI Knowledge Portal, present ROI and productivity outcomes, and design a 12-month transformation strategy.
