Role Summary: AI Development Software Engineer

This role aims to revolutionize software development by integrating AI to significantly boost both speed and quality. The position is ideal for hands-on software engineers who already integrate AI tools deeply into their development workflows to expedite delivery of high-caliber software.

This role emphasizes using AI to transform software engineering processes rather than focusing on machine learning research or AI-based product creation. The goal is to use AI assistants for coding, documentation, testing, and automation to advance productivity, quality, and innovation pace across internal and customer-facing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate AI systems such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot as core components of the software development lifecycle.
• Accelerate software creation by harnessing AI for coding, testing, and debugging.
• Create internal tools, templates, workflows, and automation solutions that leverage AI to speed up software development.
• Employ rapid, iterative, user-centered development methodologies.
• Implement AI-supported automated testing and validation to maintain superior product quality.
• Constantly seek and introduce methods to shorten development timelines without compromising engineering standards.
• Convert AI capabilities into actionable gains in team productivity and faster software deliveries.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to peers on adopting AI-first development techniques.

• Regularly uses AI-powered tools as integral parts of software engineering tasks.
• Proven track record of significantly boosting development efficiency through AI assistance.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles including architecture, API design, maintainability, testing, and readiness for production deployment.
• Capability to weigh trade-offs effectively between development speed, quality, and sustainability.
• Pragmatic and focused on realizing tangible solutions.
• Ability to interpret emerging tools and methods into practical team improvements.
• Collaborates efficiently with multidisciplinary stakeholders including product managers and commercial teams.

Essential Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
• Previous software development experience.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants and agents such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms.
