Key Responsibilities

  • Organize pre-access requirements such as site orientations and drug and alcohol testing.
  • Support supervisors and managers in scheduling employee rotations to meet project requirements efficiently.
  • Handle operator expense processes, including collecting and filing receipts.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for operations personnel, serving as the primary liaison between site travel and corporate travel agencies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for operators regarding corporate support inquiries, redirecting as necessary (e.g., benefits, expenses).
  • Maintain and organize both physical and digital operational files, records, and documentation.
  • Keep current training records, certifications, and compliance documents up to date for the operations team.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and operational documents.

  • Manage site office supplies, equipment, and maintain vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications
