Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified or finalist Accountant to join our team based in Navan, County Meath, Ireland. This full-time onsite position involves a range of financial responsibilities vital to the company’s accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts to aid financial oversight.
Compiling and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations accurately.
Managing the preparation of VAT returns to ensure statutory compliance.
Assisting with the development of the annual budget to facilitate organizational financial planning.
Overseeing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.

Candidate Requirements

Must be a qualified Accountant or currently a finalist pursuing qualification.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying financial information clearly.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
Possessing a strong character with the confidence to assertively challenge or push back when necessary.
