Accountant

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Accountant based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, to manage crucial financial operations for Rekha Infra Corp. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in accounting software and tax procedures alongside excellent MS Office capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficiently use MS Word and Excel for various accounting tasks.
• Maintain accounting records using Tally ERP or Tally Prime with a minimum of three years experience.
• Handle banking operations such as preparing payment advices, managing cheque transactions, and coordinating with banks regarding cash credit or overdraft queries.
• Ensure compliance and familiarity with Income Tax, GST, TDS, invoicing, and E-way bill processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least three years of documented experience with Tally ERP or Tally Prime software.
• Strong understanding of statutory requirements relating to Income Tax, GST, and TDS.
• Knowledgeable in managing invoicing and E-way bills.
• Experience in conducting banking operations including payments and liaising with financial institutions.
• Competent in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
