About the Role

Evotech Global seeks a dynamic and technology-oriented Accountant to join its expanding ERP team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about numbers, business software, and desires a career combining Accounting, ERP systems, and technology. This role offers the opportunity to assist diverse clients in digitizing their finance operations across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine and audit clients' accounting records and financial documents thoroughly.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data prior to ERP software deployment.
• Organize and prepare accounting files and master data to be migration-ready for ERP systems.
• Create, review, and validate various financial reports such as Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Trial Balances, General Ledgers, Cash Flow Reports, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Assist the transfer of data from existing accounting software into the ERP platform.
• Conduct account reconciliations and verify the integrity of financial data.
• Offer client support and guidance throughout the finance module implementation.
• Provide assistance to clients regarding VAT, Corporate Tax, Chart of Accounts, and accounting configurations.
• Collaborate closely with the implementation and development teams to facilitate effective client onboarding.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• At least two years of practical accounting experience.
• Thorough understanding of UAE accounting standards, VAT, corporate taxation, financial reporting, and audit procedures.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Tally accounting software.
• Prior experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, or other similar accounting systems is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of accounting software usage and ERP systems.
• Strong capability in analyzing financial statements, accounting reports, reconciliations, and audit tasks.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to confidently engage with clients.
• A genuine passion for accounting, technology, and ongoing professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with experience at Tally Partners, Zoho Books Partners, ERP implementation companies, or accounting software providers will be favored.
• Work history in accounting consultancies, audit firms, or CA firms serving multiple clients is advantageous.
• Exposure to data migration or software implementation initiatives adds significant value.
