About the Role

We are looking for a driven CGI Designer to join our design team focusing on real estate development projects, primarily in luxury hospitality. The successful candidate will specialize in creating 3D models and visualizations that effectively convey design intent, mainly at the Concept Stage. You will collaborate closely with the Design Director to transform sketches into architectural concepts and coordinate with interior and exterior design teams.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote.
Collaboration occurs primarily during Central European Time (CET) or UK working hours.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize architectural, exterior, and interior projects.
Develop and propose original design concepts based on client requirements for review.
Create custom materials and textures using 3ds Max and Corona Render, aligned with selections from interior designers.
Model or source 3D furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) according to interior and exterior design selections.
Model bespoke furniture from provided sketches or image references.
Deliver quick sketch renders and previews for internal feedback on both interior and exterior designs.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment, utilizing agile methodologies and project tracking tools such as Jira.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CGI Exterior Designer with completed projects to demonstrate proficiency.
At least 3 years of experience as a CGI Interior Designer with a proven project portfolio.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
High proficiency in 3ds Max, Vray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, and other visualization software.
Fluent professional English skills, both written and spoken.
A portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.
