About the Internship

Join Voxa's remote internship program to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within a dynamic startup environment. Voxa, a company dedicated to creating business operating systems for small enterprises, offers the opportunity to work with a skilled team of 16 individuals focused on innovating products that simplify business for everyday entrepreneurs. Two products have already been launched, with more in development, creating an energetic yet demanding workplace that values high personal drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage potential customers through cold calls offering product solutions and schedule follow-up meetings.
• Maintain continual communication with prospects to establish relationships that promote future upselling possibilities.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Develop leadership capabilities to potentially lead future team cohorts.

Who Can Participate

The program is open to candidates who are able to work remotely, can begin between July 9 and August 13, 2026, and commit to a 3-month duration. Those with relevant skills and interests, including fresh graduates seeking employment, are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• A monthly stipend ranging from ₹14,000 to ₹23,000, composed of a fixed amount and performance incentives.
• Certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, and the potential for a job offer after internship completion.

Requirements

• Strong dedication to self-improvement and consistent hard work.
• Availability and willingness to join the company full-time after the internship.
• Proficiency in spoken English is essential.

Additional Information

• Stipend Breakdown: Fixed pay of ₹8,000/month plus additional incentives ranging between ₹6,000 and ₹15,000/month.
• Successful interns transitioning to permanent roles can expect annual salaries between ₹420,000 and ₹700,000.
