About the Internship
Join Jobs Territory as a Recruitment intern based in Bangalore, where you will gain practical exposure to the recruitment process while assisting in identifying and attracting suitable candidates for diverse clients. Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in sourcing and evaluating potential candidates for job openings.
- Arrange interviews and manage scheduling in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Keep the candidate records updated and monitor recruitment performance indicators.
- Provide assistance in drafting and advertising job vacancies.
- Help in planning and conducting recruitment-related events and job fairs.
- Perform telephone screenings and carry out reference verification when required.
- Work jointly with colleagues on recruitment projects and special initiatives.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Availability to commence between July 11, 2026 and August 15, 2026.
- Commitment to a six-month internship period.
- Relevant skills and a genuine interest in recruitment.
Stipend and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to 20,000.
- Internship completion certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
