About the internship
This internship is focused on influencer marketing and community-facing brand work for a direct-to-consumer healthcare and personal care company that helps consumers address hair loss through personalised, doctor-guided solutions. The brand combines Ayurveda, allopathy, and nutrition-based hair care products to support treatment plans tailored to the underlying cause of hair fall.
What you'll do
- Work with creators and influencers to help execute campaigns smoothly.
- Keep track of deliverables, deadlines, and progress across active partnerships.
- Watch social media discussions and gauge audience reactions and sentiment.
- Spot emerging viral trends, creator formats, and fresh collaboration opportunities.
- Support influencer discovery, shortlisting, and outreach efforts.
- Maintain campaign trackers, spreadsheets, and performance reports.
- Assist with comment moderation and online reputation management workflows.
- Contribute to community-building and advocacy-led initiatives.

- You should be highly active online and comfortable navigating internet culture.
- Strong communication and coordination ability is important.

- You should be comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and basic reporting tools.
- Interest in marketing, creators, social platforms, or brand building is preferred.
- Extra familiarity with memes, creator ecosystems, Reddit-style communities, or digital fandoms is a plus.
- Prior exposure to marketing or social media internships is helpful.
- Experience handling creator pages or college communities will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics is desirable.
- You should be able to recognise trends early, before they become widely known.
