About the internship
ChatSpark is looking for a Bengali-speaking telecalling intern to support outreach and customer conversations from home. The role sits within a product built around audio-based social interaction and light gaming, and it offers practical exposure to communication, sales support, and customer handling in a tech environment.
What you will do
- Reach out to Bengali-speaking customers by phone to introduce and promote ChatSpark’s offerings.
- Answer incoming calls, resolve basic queries, and provide customer assistance.
- Help identify prospects and opportunities through market research.
- Enter and update customer details accurately in the system.
- Work with the sales team on lead follow-ups and conversion support.
- Join training sessions to strengthen communication and selling skills.
- Share observations from customer interactions to help improve service quality.

Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 8,000.
