Backend Development Intern

About the internship

This remote backend internship offers hands-on work on API development, data handling, performance tuning, and service reliability within a Go-based stack.

What you will do

• Design, build, and validate REST and GraphQL endpoints using Fiber.
• Create and maintain database schemas, migrations, and model definitions.
• Work on authentication flows, caching layers, and asynchronous messaging workflows.
• Track system performance and develop benchmark tests to measure and improve efficiency.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 29th Jun'26 and 3rd Aug'26, can commit for 6 months, and have the required skills and interest. Computer Science Engineering students are specifically eligible.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 10,000 to 15,000.

Perks

Interns will receive a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and a 5-day work week.

Additional requirements

• Prior exposure to Kubernetes or CI/CD workflows is preferred.
• Familiarity with macOS-based development tools is expected.
• You should be comfortable writing clean, idiomatic Go code.
• Strong teamwork and documentation habits will be important.
