Role Overview

A professional football club in Saudi Arabia is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Development Coaches to strengthen its academy for the forthcoming season. The available positions include head coaching roles for U15, U17, and U19 age groups.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Lead and develop youth teams in selected age categories (U15, U17, or U19).
• Utilize contemporary approaches to player development within a professional football academy environment.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication to mentor and guide young talents.

Requirements

• Possession of UEFA A Licence is preferred.
• Proven experience coaching youth teams either at academy or professional levels.
• Solid grasp of modern principles in player development.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
