About the Role
Atharv Skilling Solution seeks a committed Yoga Instructor to deliver tailored yoga classes at clients' residences in Vivek Vihar, Delhi. This part-time position emphasizes flexible scheduling and demands a professional who can personalize yoga routines to each client’s unique fitness needs and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customized yoga sessions at individual clients’ homes.
- Construct yoga plans aligned with clients’ fitness level, goals, and specific requirements.
- Instruct proper execution of yoga postures, breathing exercises (Pranayama), stretching, relaxation techniques, and meditation.
- Ensure the client maintains correct posture and body alignment during practice.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and encouraging atmosphere throughout sessions.
- Monitor client progress consistently and adapt routines as necessary to promote improvement.
- Demonstrate punctuality and uphold professional behavior at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Holds certification as a Yoga Instructor with relevant credentials.
- Preferably has over two years of experience conducting personal or home-based yoga instruction.
- Possesses thorough knowledge of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, meditation, and foundational wellness principles.
- Exemplifies strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Shows professionalism, patience, punctuality, and dedication.
- Capable of assessing individual client needs and tailoring sessions accordingly.
