CSI Mining Services is a fully owned business within Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN) and operates as a major supplier of pit-to-ship mining services across the resources sector. The company is among Australia’s largest mining services contractors, supporting MinRes projects as well as external customers with capital infrastructure and end-to-end operational expertise. Its operations span Western Australia and Queensland.
This opportunity sits within the CSI Hazelmere Workshop, a team focused on designing, building, repairing, and refurbishing mobile mining equipment for MinRes and client sites.
Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Yardman Logistics professional to join the Hazelmere Workshop team. The role is central to the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of materials and equipment, helping maintain a productive and well-run workshop environment. It suits someone who enjoys a fast-moving setting, values an orderly yard, and is committed to safety and strong operational standards.
What you will do
- Manage the movement of materials, equipment, and freight across the yard and workshop
- Receive deliveries, check them against purchase orders, and document them accurately
- Set up, prepare, and dispatch materials and equipment in line with operational needs
- Keep stock and inventory records current and update systems when required
- Maintain a tidy, well-organised yard that meets safety expectations
- Support forklift work, loading and unloading tasks, and relocation of heavy equipment
- Carry out routine equipment inspections and escalate any defects or maintenance issues
- Work in coordination with workshop and logistics staff to ensure an efficient workflow
- Follow workplace health and safety rules and actively contribute to a safe worksite

Requirements
- Current manual HR class driver’s licence
- HRWL covering DG, RB, and LF
- Construction Induction Card
- Working at Heights, Confined Space, and Gas Testing qualifications are preferred
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- Ability to satisfy pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements
