Role Overview

MinRes is hiring experienced Production Mining All Rounder Operators for permanent full-time FIFO work on a 2/1 roster. These roles are based at owner-operated iron ore and lithium operations in the Goldfields and Pilbara, as well as on client projects. The position suits operators who enjoy working in tight-knit crews where safety and teamwork are central.

Key Requirements

• Strong, consistent focus on safe work practices.
• Current Australian C-Class driver’s licence.
• Hands-on background operating dozers such as D10 or D11, graders such as 16M or larger, and excavators of 1900 size or above in production mining settings; experience with other heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Valid National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months, or a willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia.
