Role Overview

Due to recent expansion, PrixCar Services seeks motivated and diligent individuals for its Vehicle Processing Team at the new Wishart location. The Yard Person will perform a variety of tasks related to readying new vehicles for delivery, including accessory installation, damage inspection, vehicle preservation, car washing, and general yard duties.

Key Duties

• Inspect vehicles for any damages or missing parts/accessories.
• Install automotive aftermarket accessories.
• Safely maneuver vehicles within the workshop and compound.
• Conduct vehicle surveys and preservation activities.
• Wash and present vehicles.
• Complete associated documentation accurately.

Candidate Profile

• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years.
• Physical ability to handle automotive parts such as sports bars and bumper bars.
• Keen interest in the automotive sector.
• Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and take direction effectively.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Versatile and able to perform various tasks.
• Experience with vehicle washing and presentation.
• Quick decision-making skills to work efficiently in fast-paced settings.
• Able to work in all weather conditions while maintaining standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience fitting vehicle accessories.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude is advantageous.
• Possession of a current MSIC card.
• Understanding of parts and components operation.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
