Position Overview

Join our dedicated wood yard team! Being active and working outdoors with a solid team, you will directly contribute to our success while maintaining excellent physical fitness. Your skills and positive attitude will ensure quality customer experiences and a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and assistance to customers regarding lumber and building materials
• Help customers safely and efficiently load products
• Verify invoices and ensure correct products are delivered
• Perform daily yard maintenance including unloading trucks, sorting lumber, organizing inventory, cleaning, pricing, and maintaining pallets and stock
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for colleagues and customers
• Carry out opening and closing duties for the yard as needed
• Perform all related tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
• Knowledge of building materials is considered a valuable asset
