Role overview

The company is hiring a Working Student in Finance to support the Billing & Payments team. This position offers practical exposure to financial operations and day-to-day accounting work in a fast-moving environment.

What you will do

• Contribute to the daily work of the Billing & Payments team to keep finance processes running smoothly and accurately.
• Review, process, and record incoming invoices with care and precision.
• Help reconcile payments and journal entries across internal systems to support clean and reliable data.
• Assist with both accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, including tracking open items and helping resolve them.

Your profile

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related subject.
• You have solid everyday experience using spreadsheets, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• You communicate well and work effectively with others in a team-based environment.
• Prior exposure to DATEV and/or QuickBooks would be an advantage.
