Role overview
This role is for a Strategic Workforce Planning specialist with hands-on Oracle EPM expertise. You will create and deliver workforce planning frameworks that connect talent supply, skill requirements, and labor costs to the organization’s long-term business direction. The position sits at the intersection of workforce analytics, HR strategy, and Oracle EPM Cloud-based planning, with a focus on enabling informed, data-backed decisions.
What you will do
- Drive strategic workforce planning work, including forecasting future demand and supply, identifying capability gaps, and building scenario-based planning models.
- Develop and deploy workforce planning solutions using Oracle EPM / EPBCS.
- Create workforce models that account for headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and associated costs.
- Work closely with HR, Finance, and business teams to turn strategic priorities into practical workforce plans.
- Contribute to workforce optimization, organizational transformation, and budgeting efforts.
- Prepare dashboards and analytical insights that help senior leaders make better decisions.
Required background
- Proven experience in strategic workforce planning or workforce analytics.
- Practical, hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning.
- Solid understanding of workforce cost planning, skills planning, and scenario analysis.
- Prior exposure to consulting work or large enterprise implementation projects.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly.
- Oracle EPM / EPBCS certification is required.
- Experience working in public sector or large enterprise environments is preferred.
- Exposure to HR transformation or Finance transformation initiatives is preferred.
