About the Role
Kris Infotech is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join their dynamic team in Singapore. This role is crucial for identifying and securing top IT talent to meet client demands. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to managing the hiring process and ensuring successful onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify qualified IT professionals for various open positions.
- Thoroughly screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Effectively match candidate profiles with specific client requirements and job specifications.
- Facilitate and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and potential candidates.
- Negotiate salary offers and provide support during the onboarding phase for new hires.
Requirements
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Exhibit strong capabilities in networking and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-oriented work environment.
- A Bachelor's degree is advantageous, though not always a strict prerequisite.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore.
