Role Overview
This position is for an Oracle EPM Strategic Workforce Planning specialist who can build workforce planning solutions that connect talent, capability, and cost to long-term business direction. The role sits at the intersection of workforce analytics, HR strategy, and Oracle EPM Cloud, with a focus on enabling informed, data-backed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
The selected professional will lead strategic workforce planning workstreams, including forecasting demand and supply, identifying capability gaps, and developing scenario-based models. The role also involves creating and deploying workforce planning solutions in Oracle EPM / EPBCS, as well as building models for headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and cost.
In addition, the person will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and business teams to convert strategic priorities into practical workforce plans. Support for workforce optimisation, transformation programmes, and budgeting activities will also be part of the role, along with preparing dashboards and insights for senior leadership.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should have a solid background in strategic workforce planning or workforce analytics, along with practical experience in Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning. A strong grasp of workforce cost planning, skills planning, and scenario analysis is important, as is experience working in consulting or in large enterprise implementation environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are required. The employer would prefer candidates with Oracle EPM / EPBCS certification, exposure to public sector or large-scale enterprise settings, and experience supporting HR or Finance transformation initiatives.
