Role Overview
We are looking for a Workday Integration Consultant to contribute to a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Transformation project focused on Workday Recruiting and an AI-driven HR technology ecosystem that incorporates platforms such as Paradox, HiredScore, LinkedIn, Naukri, and generative AI sourcing solutions. The consultant will be accountable for architecting, developing, and overseeing secure and scalable integrations that ensure seamless candidate interactions and intelligent recruitment processes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end integrations connecting Workday Recruiting with external tools including Paradox, HiredScore, LinkedIn, Naukri, and generative AI talent sourcing platforms.
- Utilize Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), and Workday Query Language (WQL) for integration development.
- Apply real-time, event-driven, and batch processing integration methodologies.
- Facilitate workflows encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and hiring stages.
- Integrate conversational AI capabilities (Paradox), AI-powered talent matching (HiredScore), and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Hub and regional job boards like Naukri.
- Create and maintain data mappings for candidate profiles, job requisitions, and application status updates.
- Conduct data transformation and enrichment involving JSON and XML formats along with data validation mechanisms.
- Develop middleware connections using Azure Logic Apps, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), MuleSoft, or Boomi platforms.
- Embed AI analytics such as candidate ranking, recommendations, and automated insights into Workday systems.
- Lead unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, resolve issues, and support release and deployment processes.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR standards, role-based access control (RBAC), secure management of personally identifiable information (PII), audit logging, and data masking protocols.
- Engage collaboratively with Talent Acquisition teams, business analysts, Workday functional consultants, and external service providers.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with Workday Integration technologies.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, SOAP/REST APIs, and Workday Query Language.
- Strong capability in API management, middleware platforms, and data mapping processes.
- Practical knowledge of JSON and XML data transformations alongside integration troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with middleware tools such as Azure Logic Apps, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica IICS.
- Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication skills.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
- Certification in Workday Integration is advantageous.
- Background in large-scale HR transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with EU GDPR and pay transparency legal requirements.
- Experience working with event-driven architecture designs.
