Candidate Profile
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service with excellent communication and skills in managing customer issues and conflicts.
- A cooperative team player committed to shared objectives and continuous quality enhancement.
- Proficiency in keyboarding with demonstrated speed and competence in handling computerized systems including databases, email, and Windows-based software.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand our services and products swiftly, or prior knowledge thereof.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently, showing responsibility, initiative, and dedication.
- Collaborative team member actively contributing to achieving team targets.
