Role Overview
A company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Wood Factory Manager to run the plant efficiently and oversee all production-related activities.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in wood manufacturing and factory management.
- Proven background in managing production, workforce, and day-to-day operational processes.
- Strong leadership and administration skills, with sound decision-making ability.
- Advanced knowledge of woodworking machinery, equipment, and production lines.
- Ability to improve output, reduce waste, and meet operational targets.
Responsibilities
- Take overall charge of factory operations and all operational workflows.
- Prepare and track production plans while ensuring timelines are followed.
- Monitor product quality and confirm compliance with required specifications.
- Lead work teams, assess performance, and support employee development.
- Review production costs and work toward better operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance of machines and equipment and ensure they remain ready for use.
- Implement occupational health and safety requirements throughout the factory.
- Coordinate with other departments to help achieve company goals.
- Prepare regular reports covering production and performance.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement and development initiatives.
