Wellhub is working to make workplace wellbeing part of everyday business. Its platform brings together fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep support through a single subscription, helping employees around the world access trusted wellness partners. With its headquarters in New York City and teams across Europe, North America, and South America, the company aims to help organisations become healthier, more balanced places to work.
The culture is built around wellbeing, collaboration, and a range of perspectives. The team values creativity, ownership, and the chance to create meaningful change for people globally.
Role Overview
Wellhub is looking for a Wellbeing Engagement Manager to join the Engagement team in London. Reporting to the Wellbeing Engagement UK & Ireland Director, this role acts as a driver of cultural change for corporate clients, helping them connect more closely with the Wellhub mission and encouraging stronger employee engagement with wellbeing programmes.
This position sits within the Global Revenue team and manages a portfolio of corporate accounts. You will partner with Client Success, Sales, User Marketing, and international teams to design and deliver wellbeing plans for UK and Ireland client organisations, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape wellbeing strategies with clients and provide advisory support that helps strengthen their internal wellbeing priorities and improve adoption of Wellhub.
- Track account performance, analyse outcomes, and turn the data into practical recommendations for future engagement activity.
- Run communication plans that increase reach through clients’ internal channels, including drafting copy, adapting creative assets, and coordinating with wellbeing provider partners.
- Work side by side with Client Success Managers to plan engagement activity, spot opportunities, and join client meetings to review monthly and quarterly progress.
- Collaborate with Global Client Marketing and Client Strategy to bring in global best practices and tailor campaigns and tools for the UK and Ireland market.
- Support other members of the Wellbeing Engagement team through guidance, delegation, and coaching on activation work.
- Take ownership of client portfolio budgets, planning how funds are allocated and optimised to deliver results.
- Promote wellbeing in the workplace by setting an example and helping create an environment where people feel supported in taking care of themselves and maintaining work-life balance.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in the wellbeing sector.
- Prior professional experience in communications and client-facing roles is mandatory.
- Ability to think strategically while also handling detailed, hands-on execution.
- Comfort working with data to measure results and refine engagement tactics.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual and message development.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects in a fast-moving, agile environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, along with good judgment on when to collaborate or escalate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and present convincingly.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, including experience working across global teams and with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort in changing environments, with a practical, solution-focused approach and resilience under pressure.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, AI tools like Gemini or NotebookLM, and project management platforms such as Asana is an advantage.
- English fluency at native or professional level is required; additional European languages are beneficial.
What We Offer
- Free Gold membership with access to gyms, studios, digital fitness programmes, meditation, nutrition, mental wellbeing resources, and more, plus the option to add up to three family members.
- Health and dental insurance.
- Flexible-first working, with hybrid and remote options available depending on discussion with the recruiter and hiring manager.
- One-time home office setup reimbursement and a monthly allowance to help cover remote working costs.
- Access to offices in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, and the UK, with the option to work from any of these offices or remotely from any of these countries.
- Flexible scheduling shaped with leaders based on time zones, team needs, and personal routines.
- At least 25 days of paid holiday each year, plus one extra day for every year of tenure up to 5 years, along with annual holidays and an additional birthday holiday.
- 100% paid parental leave for all new parents, with extended leave and a gradual ramp-back period for parents who give birth.
