Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement diverse activities tailored to residents' interests, hobbies, and cultural backgrounds.
• Guarantee daily participation opportunities for every resident in meaningful experiences.
• Create a welcoming and positive experience for new residents settling in.
• Lead group events, one-on-one sessions, seasonal celebrations, and special occasions.
• Coordinate outings, guest appearances, and entertainers, providing residents with enriching experiences beyond the care home.
• Maintain detailed records of resident engagement, preferences, and interests.

Candidate Profile

• Highly creative and enthusiastic with a wealth of ideas.
• Exceptional organisational and planning abilities.
• Strong communication skills, confident in relationship-building.
• Motivational leader who leads by example.
• Compassionate, flexible, and dedicated to exceptional person-centred care.
• Previous experience in similar roles preferred, including line management and scheduling programmes or events, with excellent listening and communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and Bank Holidays as necessary.
