About the Role
Ready Talent is seeking an experienced Webinar Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of digital events for our clients. This position bridges marketing initiatives with technical production, aiming to enhance audience engagement, coordinate with prominent speakers, ensure seamless broadcast quality, and analyze lead generation to aid business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all stages of webinar production including scheduling, sending invitations, hosting live events, and managing communications afterward.
- Coordinate and prepare speakers by conducting technical rehearsals and briefing both internal executives and external guests.
- Handle the setup of event-specific landing pages, registration processes, automated emails, and interactive elements like polls.
- Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to boost event attendance through email and social media marketing.
- Monitor critical metrics such as registration numbers, attendee engagement, and retention rates to assess event effectiveness and ROI.
- Integrate attendee information with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to facilitate effective sales and account management follow-ups.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years’ experience in webinar production or a related field.
- Proficiency with leading webinar technologies such as Zoom Webinars.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and systems like Marketo and Salesforce.
- Strong technical troubleshooting aptitude for live issues related to audio, video, or internet connectivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills geared toward managing senior stakeholders and international presenters.
- Capability to handle multiple events and timelines efficiently without missing deadlines.
