Warehouse Manager

Overview

As a Warehouse Manager exclusively for Saudi nationals, you will oversee all aspects of warehousing, inventory control, and distribution activities. Your role is vital in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and uninterrupted availability of products across boutiques, retailers, and corporate functions within the company.

Key Duties

• Manage comprehensive warehouse operations such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory control, optimizing material flow and space utilization under established company standards.
• Maintain and verify inventory accuracy at all warehouse sites, ensuring prompt and precise postings in SAP 4HANA, conducting regular cycle counts and annual audits, and resolving any inventory discrepancies with corrective measures.
• Coordinate timely and efficient distribution to fulfil local sales orders, facilitate retail replenishment, and support new store openings with appropriate delivery services and timelines.
• Serve as the primary steward for SAP 4HANA warehousing processes by ensuring system data integrity, guiding procedural compliance, training teams on system usage, and advocating for upgrades and process enhancements.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, monitor their performance against agreements, ensure delivery schedules are met, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse personnel by setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, fostering a safety-conscious and improvement-driven environment, and managing workforce planning.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, operational procedures, and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard inventory and support audits.
• Prepare operational performance reports, analyze KPIs, implement efficiency improvements, lead productivity initiatives, and advise on strategic supply chain projects.

Decision Authority

You will manage daily warehouse operations, prioritize tasks based on sales orders, approve inventory adjustments in coordination with controlling teams, undertake operational improvements, and escalate critical issues to management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Operational Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five years in warehouse management, with experience in warehouse standard operating procedures and logistics leadership.
• Background in distributing valuable product accessories in B2B and B2C contexts is beneficial.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP 4HANA and advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
