Role Summary

As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, smooth movement of goods, safe operations, and timely support for customer and production needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage routine warehouse activities such as stock handling, storage, inbound receiving, and outbound dispatch.
  • Keep inventory records accurate and make sure customer and production demands are met on time.
  • Lead warehouse personnel and arrange daily work allocation to improve output.
  • Maintain safety compliance and ensure the warehouse remains orderly and well-organized.
  • Carry out periodic stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and transport providers to coordinate logistics and deliveries.
  • Check warehouse tools and equipment, and organize servicing or repairs when necessary.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, raise efficiency, and strengthen service performance.

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field is required.
  • You should have at least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse processes, stock control, and logistics workflows is expected.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and good planning skills are important.
  • You must be able to communicate well with people at different levels of the business.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems such as WMS or SCM is an added advantage.
  • A valid Class 3 driving licence is preferred.
